Will and won't

I will draw:

  • Any furry species

  • Ships

  • Oc's

  • Counrtyhumans

  • Fanarts

  • Gore/candy gore

  • Complex designds (it may affect the price)

  • Humoids (humans, demons etc.)

  • Nsfw

I won't draw

  • Mecha

  • Realistic backgrounds (only cartoon style)

  • Extreme gore

  • Offensive or hurtful scenes

  • Copyrighted characters

Process

1 - Contact me
2 - Describe what art would you like to commission
3 - After I'll send you the price pay me 50% of that
4 - Check my trello
5 - Approve my sketch
6 - Approve later details
7 - I'll inform you when the drawing will be ready, then send me rest of the money
8 - Enjoy your art! UwU

Payment

Payment trough PayPal or Bank transfer. I'll start drawing as soon as I would get confirmation. I do not take refunds once I'll start making lineart. The only possibility to get refund is to change your mind while I'm sketching your commision. You'll get your money back but you won't own what I've already created!

Either way, please think about this before you'll commision me. You need to be 100% sure :3

How long you have to wait?

Smaller commissions like icons or busts takes usually 1-3 days.
For fullbody with full shading you'll wait around 4 days. Ofcourse I'm a human being and I'm still a student, so there may be delates, but I'll inform you about stuff like that.
I can promise to you that if I would ever draw for longer than 3 weeks I will give you a discount

Rush orders

I'm willing to take special orders for birthdays or anniversaries. I'll set your commision as high priority. However any deadline less than week away will incur an additional fee. I will establish additional fee individually with you.

Please save your art

After an artwork has been completed and given to you, it is your responsibility to save the file. I do not save all my art files forever, therefore I will not offer any refund related to a lost file. You may download full sized images from trello. My standard save format is .png but i will provide other formats if requested and available.

Rights to my artwork

Artwork itself belongs to me - you may not remove my signature. I may use the artwork for personal advertisement or galleries unless the commissioner explicitly asks otherwise prior to the completion of the art piece. You may post the artwork to your own galleries with credit! i do ask that you wait to repost to your account until i have first posted to mine. You can f.e. set it as an icon, print it, use on toyhou.se as long as you'll credit me

If you're dissatisfied

While making an art for you I will be sending my progress to you. In sketch phase you can change many things (as long as the art won't be completly different). Some small changes are welcome.
If you'll still be unhappy about your art please contact me privately so we can discuss a solution.Major edits will incur additional fees, these are outlined below. I will not complete a “do over” after the lineart is approved. I will not offer a refund simply because “you do not like it” or “it’s not what you wanted.” regardless of your satisfaction, you chose to commission me and I would have put in several hours of work for you.
I want to provide every customer with something they will love and my safeguard against dissatisfaction is sending sketches/wips for approval.

  • Minor: Minor edits are free and include things such as a missing marking or accessory. Or if i forgot a small detail

  • Major: $5 per major change. These include any changes to the line art after sketch approval or any changes/do overs of a painted background.

This TOS are inspired by the ones Malibu Maws made. On her site it's clearly said to credit her while using it, so here I am ^^
